ex con needs a job why want anyone hire him we are in n.c.

Is there a bill of rights in n.c. to help a ex con a job?
Well I can't blame anyone for not hiring him I wouldn't either.Once a con always a con. Hey try McDonalds they'll hire anybody.
Reply:Try the trades: roofing, construction, bricklaying, siding, etc.





Many of these companies are run by people who have had trouble themselves, and will give someone who is willing to simply show up and work a chance.





Don't get discouraged. Keep trying.

Reply:I doubt it, Why don't YOU get a job.
Reply:I think I would worry less about rights and more about getting a job. There are places to help you. One of those are the parole board in your area. Also if it is like it is here, there are many churches that will help you. There are really a lot people that will hire you. Be up front and willing to work. Maybe try the employment office.
