Can people get jobs where you live?

I live in N.C.-- we don't have any jobs to get! More places closing everyday! Just wondering how it is where you are?

Can people get jobs where you live?
What's gonna happen when everything just shuts down???
Reply:Anyone can find work if they truly want to work. Flipping burgers may not be your dream job but its better than you being a welfare leech.
Reply:Yes, there are always TONS of jobs here!!! Always at least 2 full pages of new job openings in the newspaper everyday! And on Sundays there's 5-6 pages.
Reply:Nope, not many jobs here, places are closing down like crazy here to, wierd....my friend that worked at Jack in the box got laid of along with about ten others ...it's sad and kinda scary....God bless
Reply:Plenty of jobs where I live. But stay where you are, I don't need any more traffic to deal with.

Reply:Well it depends if you have the experience.it's hard so everyone goes to Calgary instead it's cheaper less taxes.

Reply:Yes, there are jobs here. I live in southern california. However cost of living is very high and the state of california is in a lot of financial trouble.
