Do i have the right to know if i am working with someone who has HIV or Heppititas C at my job as a CNA?

No, legally you have no right. That is private information, and you cannot make someone tell you. I understand it might be a health risk, but they do it to protect the rights of the people who do have it, so they are not discriminated against.

Nope they dont have to tell you. Unless you've come in contact with their blood. They have a right to live their life as a regular person with out all the whispers and stares.......Dont worry you cant get it by just breathing the same air as them.
Reply:Yes You should because they shouldn't be working there but also you should be able to tell they are infected the co. youall work for should have tested for it.
