Why i am having such a hard time finding these kind of jobs?

i understand for gettting rejected when i apply for jobs that i'm not really qualified for but i also applied to piss ant jobs like server or host at restaurants like tgi fridays, chilli's, bennigans


, outback,, roadhouse, etc.


i'm 21, asian male....held only one job for 3 months and resigned under good terms...is it because i only had one job? and the fact that i'm 21?





i c girls tha tare 16 or 17 ...that have host jobs or server jobs....w no experience.... so it's got to be because of something..... i smile and i am nice...well most of the time i smile but they don't seem pleasing ...like they won't smile

Why i am having such a hard time finding these kind of jobs?
My guess is that you are not getting those kinds of jobs for the same reason I'm about to ask this question...Why are you looking for those types of jobs at 21 years old. What type of educational training do you have and why aren't you looking for something better? These employers may feel that you may not be serious about the job.





Of course, it is not fair that they make that determination but I'm guessing that may be the case. These jobs are generally transition jobs for those young girls you spoke about (they are either in college, about to go to college, or working them part-time).





Don't get bitter about not being hired into one of these types of jobs. Look for something better. If you are not willing to look for something better, why not?
Reply:What ever do not become a banker-- womans world. You should be happy that your going to school and do not have to work to support yourself. Your trying too hard to get a job -- go to the 7/11 -- kangeroo or the security agencies. Don't bag or stock groceries at a super market -- definately hard back breaking work...
