There are several Cable companies and DISH companies in the D.C. Metro area. Comcast (Primarily). Since it is the Nation's Capitol everything in the area is booming, with this the companies, cannot always afford to hire their own workforce, and this is where contracting comes in. Comcast offers individuals and smaller companies contracts to do their work (ie. "hookig up cable") So try to "google" cable contractors in the D.C. Metro area. You should come up with something. Also check Craigslist.org.
