I am an ex-serviceman, Diploma in electrical engineering from Indian Navy. I would like to get a C certificate for my private company job. From where I can obtain this C certificate? Is there any exams to get this? What is the syllabus for this exam? Where I should apply for this?

i dont know what c certificate u r talking abt as far as i know there is a provision of c certificate in NCC if u r talking of that then contact ur nearest NCC officer. If u wann add to ur qualification then go for AMIE.
