Please help me out , i am confused whether i should go for practice or should be in industry. I am in industry for last 7 years, now I have an opportunity to join hand with one of

my friend who is in practice on fees sharing basis.

If you post your resume on sites such as Monster and Careerbuilder, then you should receive some emails and/or calls from company representatives w/ open sales positions. I get them all the time and I'm not interested in a career in sales. The word "sales" isn't even on my resume at all, so I really don't know what makes them think to even contact me about such positions.

You may register in Naukri.com or Monster India.com and attach your resume. Accordingly, depending on your profile, you will get calls. You can also register in other placements. If you do a Google Search, you will get a list like rediff.com and many other placements.

If people notice that the difference in wages between having an education and not having an education is greater than what is required of them to attain the education then more people will start paying for an education in order to have the better paying job.
